Shipping
Almost any Pakistani address can be shipped to by us. A package takes 3-4 working days to reach the destination in a large city and 5-6 working days to reach the destination in a small city or district.
During unannounced holidays, inclement weather conditions, work disorders, or delays on the part of the delivery company, shipping times may fluctuate.

Order Payment
Kindly note: It is necessary to pay half amounnt of your order in advance in case of bulk orders.
Advance payment is also required for commercial and hostel addresses.

Order Cancellation and Charges:
Orders can be cancelled unless they have been processed You can cancel an order by calling, emailing, or messaging us. The delivered parcel cannot be cancelled once it has been processed or delivered.

Exchange & Refund Policy:
The company has ‘No Refunds or No Exchange’ policy. However, If the wrong books have been delivered, then the book can be returned or exchanged.
